Technology-Enhanced Instructions

This Training of Trainers (TOT) program is supported by UNESCO and Huawei as part of the “Technology-Enabled Open Schools for All” project.

The program was implemented by Nahdet Misr, aiming to build the capacities of employees at the Professional Academy for Teachers (PAT) in Egypt in technology-enhanced instruction and digital content creation.

Project Overview

The program equipped trainers with advanced teaching methodologies and digital tools, empowering them to support their peers in implementing Technology Enhanced Instruction (TEI) across Egypt.
Instruction & Practice
The sessions combined structured presentations with hands-on activities, enabling participants to explore key concepts and immediately apply them in practice. This approach ensured a balance between theoretical understanding and practical application, fostering deeper learning outcomes.
Open Discussions & Reflection
Interactive discussions and peer-to-peer exchanges formed a core part of the program. Trainers were encouraged to share their experiences, reflect on challenges, and collaborate on solutions, creating a supportive learning environment that extended beyond the formal sessions.
